In order to provide the quickest turnaround and best product, there are a handful of things that we need. These 5 items will help us cover all the bases we need to get your artwork started (including deposit):

• Photos (high resolution at the angle you want on the design, low resolution/blurry photos will not be accepted)

• Graphics (vector files only in .ai, .pdf, .eps, or .svg formats)

• Sponsor List (typed out list of your sponsor names & importance)

• Ideas/Completed Checklist (general ideas for your design & information to create your account)

• Examples (this allows the artist to see the art style you like)

DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED BEFORE DESIGN WILL BE STARTED

We will send you an email with a checklist that breaks down all of the specific things mentioned above, including detailed descriptions of each to make it easy as possible. (you can find download links to this file below)

You’ll need to fill out this ‘Checklist’ so that we have all of the important information to get started. Once this is complete, we put you on the artlist. Art turnaround & print time depends on the on the time of year. Obviously, things may be quicker or shorter, depending on the time of season. We will give you the best estimated ‘timeframe’ once you call or email.

Once the art team completes your design, we will send you an email with the design to approve. We will make necessary changes from this point, which sometimes takes a revision or 2.

After art is approved, you then send us your size & color breakdown of your order. Your order is the last line of defense to make any necessary changes. Once artwork is approved and we begin our ‘output’ process, any changes made can result in additional fees.
