We will send you an email with a checklist that breaks down all of the specific things mentioned above, including detailed descriptions of each to make it easy as possible. (you can find download links to this file below)
You’ll need to fill out this ‘Checklist’ so that we have all of the important information to get started. Once this is complete, we put you on the artlist. Art turnaround & print time depends on the on the time of year. Obviously, things may be quicker or shorter, depending on the time of season. We will give you the best estimated ‘timeframe’ once you call or email.
Once the art team completes your design, we will send you an email with the design to approve. We will make necessary changes from this point, which sometimes takes a revision or 2.
After art is approved, you then send us your size & color breakdown of your order. Your order is the last line of defense to make any necessary changes. Once artwork is approved and we begin our ‘output’ process, any changes made can result in additional fees.
